Meet Sapphire
Homes.
Creating Safe Spaces for Children
Sapphire homes was created in May 2025 from a vision and passion to care for looked after children who require safe and stable homes. We aim to shape the next generation of children within our homely environments where children feel comfortable- allowing them to grow, develop, and reach their full potential. We want to grow Sapphire Homes but never lose sight of our morals, which are honesty, fairness, respect, compassion and loyalty.
Our homes are small but that does not take away it’s homely feel. Houses are filled with top quality decoration and facilities that positively influences the life experiences of children through inspiration and encouragement. We never see children’s homes as negative, but in providing the level and care and support for children to aid their achievement of amazing outcomes. This may seem small to others, but for us and our children, each achievement is massive and celebrated.
Children are the future and with the care and support of Sapphire Homes, we can deliver high quality of care and build meaningful relationships with children. We always aim to challenge children in becoming the best versions of themselves, giving the tools and life experiences to thrive. We use the PACE therapeutic approach within the home to help build trusting, meaningful and lasting relationships, getting to know the whole person, not just the child that comes to us.
As a provider, we know children need to feel that they belong and are understood. We work in partnership with a therapeutic model CCATS, who support the team and children to understand their needs, provide bespoke training, engage in 1:1 therapy, analyse behaviours and support in the creation of child-focused, individualised therapeutic package. This enables us to understand the person behind the behaviour and our support of their care needs are reflective of this.
